Can I add or remove items from my order once confirmed?

If You want to change something in Your confirmed and paid order, You should contact us by e-mail: info@burlesque-lingerie.com immediately, if Your purchase wouldn't be given to delivery service, we can make changes in Your order.

 

How can I be sure about sizes?

We never want to send you something that doesn’t fit properly, so we have included size guides on all our product pages. Click here to check you’re buying the right size for you.

 

Will the name of Your shop show up on my bank statement?

We understand that privacy is important to our customers, so Your transaction will show as BestChoice Ltd on your bank statement.

 

Is the packaging discreet?

We understand that privacy is important to our customers. To ensure your privacy we use the utmost discretion in packaging your order for shipment. Products are shipped in the carton box. All orders are sent with the non-descript return address name of "BestChoice Ltd." instead of "BurlesQue Lingerie".

 

What if a part of my order isn't in stock?

You will receive whole Your order at once by one delivery, so if some items aren't in our stock, we will order them from manufacture. We won't send only a part of Your order, so items, what are in our stock will wait items, what we've ordered from manufacturer and when the whole Your order will be complete, we will send it to You. If You want to receive items, what are in stock faster, You can place two orders (one - the order of products, what are in our stock, second - the order of products, what You need to wait from manufacture). In that case, You will pay for delivery two times.
