We send the products in untransparent package without content indication, so you can have your order delivered anywhere you want to, even your place of work!
Delivery time
If a product is in our stock, You can get it within 4 - 8 working days, depends on your location, except: Russia 8-35 working days; Uzbekistan, Australia and Turkey 7-13 working days
If the product isn’t in our stock, delivery time will be 4 – 6 weeks.
Most of products are sewn by request, what means, that Your long-awaited lingerie set will be sewn specially for You!
Customs, duty & taxes
You may be liable for import duty / tax on goods entering your country. The amount of duty (if any) depends on the type of goods and their value. Some items can be imported without paying any duty at all.
Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and unfortunately can't predict what they might be.
It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union.
You will be the importer for all international (non-EU) deliveries of the products. Therefore, before placing an order for goods, it is your responsibility to check that your import of any products ordered comply with state and federal government import regulations, and that there are no local requirements or restrictions which may affect receipt of your order
Returning goods on which duty has been paid
If you've paid import duty for goods received & subsequently return the goods to us, it should be possible for you to claim a refund of duties from your local customs authority. To do this, you'll need to show them proof of duty paid and proof of re-export (e.g. certificate of return posting) when claiming your refund.
